📦 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Returned within 7 days of delivery

Certain items such as fishing lures, hooks, and consumables are non-returnable due to hygiene/safety reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been used, damaged, or altered

Original packaging/tags are missing

The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible only for defective or damaged items.

Replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🏠 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was wrong, defective, or damaged.

In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost.

📸 Damaged or Defective Products

Please report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
